I was looking to refinance to a 15-year fixed mortgage, and was recommended to Jim Carpeneti at Guild. Because I was refinancing during Covid times, the entire process took several months, partially due to me ‘waiting in line’ to start the paperwork. During this time, Jim would regularly update me as to the situation, which was greatly appreciated. I was finally able to lock in at a great rate. The amount of documents required these days and having to submit everything is somewhat arduous and required a lot of leg-work on my part just to gather everything; however thanks to Jim and his team, was able to get it all submitted, approved and finalized.
